We're getting stronger. Lukáš Klášterský joins ORBIT
IT consulting and advisory company ORBIT (member of the group SUDOP GROUP), which deals with IT resource virtualization, data center consolidation, application delivery and cloud compliance consulting, has agreed to cooperate with Lukáš Klášterský, former Group CTO of Erste Group Governance and CIO of Česká pojišt'ovna.
Lukáš Klášterský will be from the position of Digital Advisor Partner Provide advice to financial institutions on facilitating the adoption of Cloud and digital technologies. Among the financial institutions, ORBIT's main clients to date include Generali, Kooperativa, ERSTE Group and Raiffeisenbank Group.
"The arrival of Lukáš Klášterský represents a significant strengthening of the consulting team Cloud Journey. This pillar of ORBIT focuses on Cloud Governance, Cloud Compliance and Digital Adoption. We expect Lukáš to play a key role in delivering challenging transformational and strategic IT projects," says ORBIT CCO Tomáš Meštellér.
Vít Grossmann, Lukáš Klášterský's new colleague, adds: "We have been working with Lukas for more than ten years. The last project, the delivery of the O365 to all seven ERSTE countries, brought us so close that Lukáš decided to cross the proverbial barricade. And after 11 long years he is back on the "other side".

Director ICT Solution at Telefonica O2 (2004-2008), where he provided presales, implementation and support of telecommunications and IT services projects for corporate and government customers.

CTO Česká Pojišt'ovna/Generali (2008-2014). He implemented the transformation of IT infrastructure, operations and user environment. As CIO, he launched an application strategy focused on simplifying and "rigthsizing" the application portfolio as well as implementing an enterprise IT architecture. He was involved in the merger of IT of Česká Pojistovna and Generali CZ. As Regional CTO and Transformation Head, he led the creation of a group company for IT infrastructure operations in Italy, Germany, France, Austria, Hungary and the Czech Republic.

Group CTO Governance Head at ERSTE Group (2015-2019). There he was involved in a strategy involving infrastructure consolidation, cloud adoption, DevOps multi-speed IT to support digital and data transformation in seven countries in the CEE region. He implemented a new digital collaboration platform project based on O365 cloud.
